What do I need to do before coming to Russia?
1. First, you must be admitted to HSE University (please follow this link for more information).
2. Carefully check your travel passport - it must be valid on your planned date of entry into Russia. It must also contain some blank space for your entry/exit stamps. The duration of your stay in Russia depends on the expiry date on your passport and your period of enrolment at HSE University.
Where can I stay?
If you are planning to stay in HSE dorm, you should get an accommodation referral.
If you are a 1st year student, the accommodation referral can be obtained through your personal account. You should indicate the date of your arrivalo to Russia in https://lk.hse.ru/ and 3 days before your arrival to Russia the accommodation referral will appear in your personal account.
If you are a senior student, to be accommodated in the dorm you will need to send a request Barminova Lubov - lubovb@hse.ru. Indicate your name, faculty, year of study and arrival date in the email.
If you are not planning to stay in the dormitory, you may use the assistance of Student housing office to find some alternative accommodation options.
